I believe the most important relationship in the world is the one you have with yourself. There is a little voice deep inside of us and she is always trying to guide us through the difficulties and decisions we face. The more connected we are to ourselves the more easily were able to hear and trust that inner voice. 
My name is Crystal Angelica. I'm a mom of 2, a wife, and I've been a social worker and therapist for the last 15 years. In my work and in my life I've developed an unwavering trust in myself that grounds me and guides. I've navigated deep heartache and grief as a child and an adult. My philosophy is simple and it is derived from the great teachings of Ms. Brene Brown and it is:
